Wedding day preparations are always an exhilarating experience, but the number of choices for the décor, gifts, and so on also makes it a somewhat frantic one. My daughter and I were planning her wedding day together and the hardest part of the whole thing was getting her to make up her mind. She had to select the kind of wedding she wanted to begin with, either one with a specific type of motif, or to go with a more standard type of ceremony. My poor daughter examined every option for the type of wedding she would have, and she was unable to select one that was right for her. For her special day, she thought about building the wedding around a lakeshore setting, and then she considered a wedding in an outdoor garden setting. After all the debating, she ended up with the traditional. Once she made up her mind at last, we got to work putting together the wedding.
The church was reserved, and so was the reception hall, and all of the invitations had been sent out. She had her gown and the wedding party attire was all taken care of, so mostly what we had to concentrate on now, was the reception supplies and decorations. In addition to finding a wedding guest book and a picture album, there were some other things that we had to pick out yet. A lot of the many wedding guest book and pens we found had gorgeous art work on them. There were many gorgeous wedding pens to choose from too, that matched with many of the guestbooks. We weren’t quite done picking things out yet and my daughter saw this wedding set with a white satin cover and bow, with rhinestones, that had six pieces. There was a lovely unity candle, ring pillow, flower basket and wedding garter. These satin items were together with a wedding guest book and pen. The price was so reasonable and the selection of wonderful choices was so wide that we were stunned. We found a photo book for the wedding where you could put little mementos and crafts. It really was a beautiful photo album.
The last things to take care of was place card holders, a wedding cake topper, and gifts for the guests. All of the rest of it had been dealt with. A couple of doves formed out of glazed porcelain were what my daughter selected to put at the top of her wedding cake. That wedding cake topper will make a lovely keepsake. My girl picked out small, shiny silver picture frames to use as place card holders at the reception dinner. She thought it was neat to give the guests something they could actually use after the dinner. After looking at all of the items she selected for her ceremony and reception, I’d say she did a pretty good job of it. The extra cash she was able to hang on to by finding good deals is going to get spent when they go on the honeymoon.
The wedding ceremony was absolutely fantastic and the reception was gorgeously decorated and got a lot of positive comments. My daughter and her new husband looked so wonderful as they danced their first dance as man and wife. We all did a lot of dancing that night, and I swear my feet still hurt, but it was all worth it, it was a wonderful event that I will remember forever. My own baby, now married, may have a baby of her own some day. I’m sure that when the time comes to pick out accessories and gifts for the baby shower, I’ll know right where to go. That website has everything you need for just about any occasion you are planning for. That’s the first place I look to buy things for any party.
