An Online Shop for Glass Wedding Favor!

June 18th, 2009

No matter what kind of wedding you’re holding, you find more excellent possibilities for products to puchase than you can even imagine. It doesn’t matter if you want to do an outdoor theme of some kind, an ethnic theme, or base your wedding day around something like hearts or flowers; you can always find enough plans and products out there to put together a wonderful ceremony and reception. Today, there really are no limits to what you can do for your wedding day. For their wedding day, a man and his beautiful bride have a ton of choices. One great avenue to look into is the destination wedding theme, along with destination honeymoons. Going through the process of buying all of the products you’ll need for your wedding day is something you’ll have to do no matter what choices you make about how the wedding will look. I went online to see what kind of deals I could get for my big day because I knew that I would be needing an awful lot of supplies, favors, and so forth to put together a really special wedding. It was so much easier and way cheaper to do it that way, than to hit all the wedding shops in town. By going online, I found personalized glass wedding favors, invitations for our guests, and just about anything else you can think of.
For a surprisingly low price, I picked up a matching set with a garter for the wedding, a basket for the flower girl, a pillow for the ring bearer, and a sign in book and pen for the guests. There was an enormous selection of wedding apparel available, including things like the combs for the wedding and the sparkling tiara that I picked out. I also bought the reception supplies and decorations online and all I had to do was sit and wait for delivery. That sure saved wear and tear on my nerves and my legs, not to mention all the money I saved by ordering a few of the discount accessories.

We checked out everything in the thank you gift selection, and they really have some pretty fantastic wedding favor ideas. There were mini tool gadgets for the guys, gorgeous figurines for the ladies, practical favors for the kitchen and recreation rooms and just so many possibilities for thank you gifts that it was hard to choose. It was also hard not to order some of this stuff for ourselves. We ended up choosing glass wedding favors for everyone. My fiance chose glass favors in the way of personalized mugs for the men and I decided on crystal favors for my lady guests. I bought gorgeous little swan figurines.

The glass favors they have, I discovered as I browsed through their inventory, aren’t just for weddings. Like baby showers and wedding shower parties. There were baby carriages and baby socks and so forth that were really cute. I will have the hostess check out this website when I ultimately have the baby shower that I anticipate having some day. I was not limited by the selection, and I got some awesome deals. The money you save can always be put to good use, especially when you’re in the beginning stages of marriage.

Exquisite Heart Favor!

June 14th, 2009

What better way to say how much you love each other than to plan a beautiful wedding in the month of February, the month of love? That’s what I decided to do, have a ceremony and reception filled with one of the most adorned symbols of love throughout our ceremony and reception party. The first thing I bought was a gorgeous bridal tiara that I picked out over the Internet. There were many wonderful decorations and supplies to choose from, such as the invitations I bought. The invitations I sent out were little cards with two little silver hearts on the front. It was really elegant looking and the inside was preprinted, so all I had to do was fill in the blanks with all the necessary information of who, when and where.
But that was only the beginning, after I mailed out the invitations I had to start planning the décor and ordering the supplies I would need. On each of the pews I had big red velvet bows with ribbon strung from one pew to the next. The unity candle we used had a design of tiny roses put together to form a heart shape on the front of it, and the rest of the candle decorations made the altar look exquisite. On the scene at the wedding, we put many pink and red roses mixed together, in the floral bouquet that I carried. I even went as far as to have caged doves to be released as we exited the church.
The wedding apparel that would be worn by those who were going to be in the wedding had already been selected. As a flower girl basket, I decided to go with a gorgeous white satin with lovely lace and satin bows on each side. There was a white double hearts wedding themed pillow with a pair of gold hearts on it that we got for our ring boy to use, along with a white ribbon made of satin for the rings. I had a mini tiara for the flower girl to wear in her hair that looked very much like the one I ordered for myself. She did look like a little princess in her lovely little pink flower girl dress, and she did such a super job in the ceremony. With his tiny tuxedo and red boutonniere, the ring bearer boy did as good of a job and he looked just as adorable. When he walked, he didn’t get out of sync with everyone else, and he bore the rings in distinguished fashion. I was so proud of both of them.
The wedding reception hall was decorated perfectly for our hearts wedding with decorations from one end of the room to another. Cupids, hearts, flowers and lots of red and white roses. The lovely wedding favor heart candles we had on all the reception tables added a romantic glow to the scene. With the place card holder hearts and the lovely hearts wedding favors for our guests, you couldn’t help but to think of love and romance as you looked around the room.

Our entire wedding day called to mind love and Valentine’s Day, filled with flowers and hearts galore. I’m just glad I had the internet to turn to, it made everything so much easier.

Keeping Up With Bridal Fashion

June 4th, 2009

When I found out the date was definitely set for our wedding day, I set out to find the best in bridal fashion for my wedding ceremony. Since I love shopping online so much, I decided to try there first for my bridal accessories and reception supplies. It was a good thing I did because I found so many great deals on everything from invitations to bridal hair accessories. There was also some wonderful suggestions for wedding favor gifts for our friends and family.
To start with we decided that we wanted to have a theme wedding and we agreed to make it a beach themed wedding and reception. We’ve always lived near the water, even as kids and it has been a favorite place of ours and our friends for years.
I ordered beach invitations right away so they would be on their way to our friends and family, first thing. Everyone answered with a definite yes, and everyone seemed really excited about sharing this day with us. With that out of the way it was time to start looking for all of my wedding accessories I would need. I was surprised at all they carried for weddings and receptions, and I shop online quite a bit. I ordered the most beautiful tiara and hair comb from there. The wedding jewelry I found was just as gorgeous as the hair accessories I chose. I ordered a beautiful necklace and earring set that looked absolutely fantastic with my gown. It had little pearls and crystals entertwined and gave such a luxurious sparkle to my ensemble.
Great selection of bridal supplies and the low cost really made this shopping worth while. I ordered some things for our honeymoon too. A short wedding dress would have probably been the wiser choice, since we were getting married on the beach, but I had to have my full length dress. My bridesmaids and flower girl wore knee length satin dresses with spaghetti straps to help keep them cool and comfortable. Everyone of them looked stunning and my flower girl was so adorable.
There were tiki torches and those little white christmas lights everywhere and a dance floor my fiance had fixed there. I had sailboat place card holders and placed seashells and starfish all around the tables. I didn’t want to give our guests some useless wedding favor that would be stuck in a drawer and forgotten, so we gave them beach themed picture frames as thank you gifts. I think the picture frames I chose were to their liking.
There were tealights and candles to light up our beautifully set bridal table and lovley beach themed flutes for the wedding toast. Our wedding cake topper was especially designed for a beach wedding just as all our other accessories for our reception. We had a cake topper of a young couple holding each other as they walked along the beach. I’m so glad they had all the supplies and bridal accessories we needed to plan the perfect beach wedding and reception. There was so much seafood, such as lobsters, crabs and shrimp and we also had plenty of chicken and steaks for the non seafood eaters. We all had a wonderful time enjoying good food and good music to dance too. I kinda hated to leave the party for our honeymoon, everyone was having such a great time.
The first thing I had to do when we came home from our honeymoon was get out my wedding guest book I bought online and make out all the thank you notes for the people that shared our wedding day with us. My beach themed picture album has all the memories within its beautiful covers for me to enjoy anytime I want to look back on our special beach wedding and reception.
